Chicken and Dressing ~

~ This is a recipe that I serve our family.  It is easy and quick to prepare.  Works great for a company dinner, as well.  Serves about 8~10 adults.

Sunday Chicken and Dressing

1 lrg. hen & broth or ( 5 lrg. chicken breast & broth)

1 stick of butter

1 lrg onion

3 ~ 4 celery stalks

2 boxes of cornbread stuffing mix

1 can crm of mushroom soup

1 can crm of chicken soup

Sage and poultry seasoning, to taste

Boil chicken~  Cool and debone~  Put cornbread stuffing mix in lrg mixing bowl~ Saute onion and celery in butter~  Add to mixing bowl~  Add soups and enough chicken broth to right consistency~  Season with sage and poultry seasoning to taste~  Mix well~  Place in lrg 9X15 or  lrg  roaster pan~  Place some pulled chicken on top~

Cover and Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes~
